New program

Going to try this out tomorrow hopefully!



Full body program
Chest – Swissball chest press
Legs – Swissball hamstring curls
Back- Rear delt flyes
Legs- swissball squat and hold
Arms-  bicep curl/side raise/ tricep overhead
Abs – V sits, side plank, plank

P.s 16 weeks until December! That's almost time for a....

12 week challenge!

12 week challenge would consist of setting goals each week as to what we are doing :)


And really amping up the intensity while we are training.
