Saw a trainer at the gym today! Just for a quicky assessment, and just realised he didn't measure me, but then I also realise my measurements probably won't change much anyway.
SO
Hopped on the Tanita scales:
Weight: 58.3kgs
Fat%: 26.6
I'm still in the 'desirable' range for bodyfat, however im on the upper end. Ideally, I'd like to be hitting the 21% mark come summer.
I did a workout this morning too, but I need to sit down and write a proper one..which I'm going to do now because I'm sitting down..HA! Sheer bloody brilliance.
So yeah, I guess my next post will be about my workout!
